My brother is encountering lag due to vista. I have a laptop being shipped in next week, which is also going to be on vista. I'm afraid that I'm going to get the vista lag as well. Any solutions?

Hmm... I'm playing on vista and its been doing fine. Well only one night it lagged so. I think it should be alright. If not sorry. I don't know how to fix it.
